We named this pregnancy mocktail after ourselves because we like it so much! With a generous slug of pineapple juice (full of pregnancy vitamins) it makes a positive contribution to your healthy pregnancy diet but best of all it’s a deliciously quaffable summer evening drink, redolent of tropical holidays in the sun!
3 measures of pineapple juice
3 measures of dry ginger ale
½ measure of grenadine
Juice from ½ freshly squeezed lime
Half fill a cocktail shaker with crushed ice and pour in the pineapple juice, grenadine and lime juice.
Shake well and strain into an ice-filled glass.
Top up with dry ginger ale and garnish with a slice of lime and a fresh flower
