Here at Breathe Yoga we specialise in meeting the needs of both "mama to be's" and the "post partum mama" by providing private "Pre-Natal Yoga & Birthing Technique" sessions in your own home and for once baby has arrived we offer group Hatha Yoga classes in our beautiful studio with Stay N Play for your little one so you get to find a little head space & peace whilst your baby is taken good care of.
